Brian Zavitz, B.Sc. has had over twenty years of experience as a general contractor, project manager and spec renovator. In that time he has seen the remodeling business from all sides, including those of homeowner and landlord. He has been hired, or hired others, to do just about every type of residential contracting work there is to do.

Brian has also been published in such magazines as Fine Homebuilding and Canadian Workshop, with articles on subjects ranging from how to apply silicone caulking to choosing reliable home design software.
